HPC HOLDINGS(01742)发布公告，鄞云亮先生(鄞先生)已向董事会提呈辞任函。因其他工作事宜，彼将辞任独立非执行董事(独立非执行董事)，并将不再担任本公司薪酬委员会(薪酬委员会)主席，及本公司审核委员会(审核委员会)与本公司提名委员会(提名委员会)各自的成员，均自2025年12月31日起生效。
董事会欣然宣布建议委任赵文耀先生(赵先生)为独立非执行董事、审核委员会、提名委员会及薪酬委员会各自的成员(统称“是次委任”)，以及建议调任陈力萍女士为薪酬委员会主席，均自2025年12月31日起生效。
