格隆汇12月19日丨青岛港(601298.SH)公布，为满足生产及办公需要，公司及其全资子公司集发公司分别与邮轮港开发公司签署商品房买卖合同，拟分别向邮轮港开发公司购买航运金融中心A塔楼2-7层、14-15层和B塔楼2-5层（称“标的资产”），交易价格分别为2.86亿元、7950.93万元。
