12月18日，新特能源（01799）发布公告，公司非全资附属公司内蒙古能源将其合伙企业新疆风至新能源发电合伙企业（有限合伙）的79.92%财产份额转让给管理人国信证券资产管理有限公司，转让金额为13.37亿元。
此次转让是为了配合首期特变电工—电力能源基础设施投资1–5期资产支持专项计划的设立，转让代价依据内蒙古能源的出资额进行磋商确定。
