新京报贝壳财经讯 12月17日，通宇通讯公告，公司于2025年11月20日召开的2025年第四次临时股东会审议通过了与中山市镁滕机械设备有限公司签署《不动产转让合同》，出售位于中山市火炬开发区火炬路7号之11号的闲置老厂房及对应的土地使用权，交易价格为3188万元。截至公告披露日，产权变更手续已完成，公司已收到全部价款3188万元，出售事项已全部完成。
