聚光科技（300203）发布公告，公司于2025年12月16日召开职工代表大会，参会职工代表一致同意选举赵玲为职工代表董事。
赵玲，1974年出生，曾先后在东方通信集团有限公司、东方通信（600776）人力资源部就职，2005年7月加盟公司，目前担任公司人力资源部总监。
2025年前三季度，聚光科技实现收入20.50亿元，归母净利润-6234万元。
