上港集团（600018）发布公告，董事长于福林代行董事会秘书职责，自2025年12月16日起生效。此前，公司副总裁杨智勇代行该职责已满三个月。公司将尽快完成董事会秘书的选聘工作。
2025年前三季度，上港集团实现收入299.49亿元，归母净利润112.73亿元。
