北京时间12月16日，米兰冬奥会官方发布了因扎吉参与传递奥运火炬的视频。
米兰冬奥会官方写道：“菲利波-因扎吉现身巴勒莫，手持奥运圣火。
2006年：意大利队世界杯冠军得主。
2026年：意大利奥运会火炬手。”
现年52岁的因扎吉目前正担任巴勒莫队主帅，本赛季至今代表率领球队16场比赛8胜5平3负积29分排名意乙第5。
