观点网讯：12月15日，中原地产发布报告称，2025年前11个月以普通话拼音登记的买家在香港楼市共成交1.255万宗，涉及总金额1256亿港元，已超越2024年全年1.1631万宗纪录，再创1995年有统计以来新高。
单月数据方面，11月该类买家成交金额为159.8亿港元，环比再升近3%，连续第三个月上升，并创一年来单月新高。
