12月10日，浙商银行（601916/02016）发布公告，建议不再设立监事会，并对公司章程进行修订。根据《中华人民共和国公司法》和相关监管规定，浙商银行拟由董事会审计委员会承接监事会的职权，并在董事会设立职工董事。相关监事会的规章制度将被废止，新的调整将在股东大会审议通过后生效。
