人民财讯12月10日电，三安光电(600703)12月10日公告，公司拟联合境外投资人Inari Amertron Berhad以现金2.39亿美元收购Lumileds Holding B.V.（简称“标的公司”）100%股权。截至公告日，本次交易已完成中国及土耳其的反垄断审查以及意大利外国直接投资审查（FDI审查）。
