昆药集团（600422）发布公告，副总裁贺明因工作调整辞去公司副总裁职务，辞任时间为2025年12月9日。辞任后，贺明继续担任公司党委专职副书记。
截至公告日，贺明未持有公司股票，也不存在应当履行而未履行的承诺事项。
2025年前三季度，昆药集团实现收入47.51亿元，归母净利润2.69亿元。
