出版：《徐悲鸿作品集（续二）》，徐悲鸿纪念馆、北京保利国际有限公司编，北京文物出版社，2011年2月。

说明：上款梅芳女土应为画家柳子谷在北伐时的妻子。1928年，柳子谷任南京中央特别委员会美术股长、艺术科长。同年，与北伐时的同事梅芳结婚。1927-1932年柳子谷与早已认识的张书旅与徐悲鸿同居南京。叁人志同道合，经常合作遣兴。一次，书旅画梅，子谷写竹，悲鸿补松并题句：“ 竹翠梅香松傲雪，岁寒叁友各千秋”。随后，叁人将此图复绘两幅，各存其一留作纪念。悲鸿对子谷的作品十分赞赏，曾在子谷所作《雨竹图》上题道：“ 画到蒙蒙翠欲滴，先生墨妙耐寻思”。此期间，子谷受聘出任上海美专教授，南京美专国画系主任、教授，并常去徐悲鸿主持的中央大学美术系讲学、示范，为培养国画人才，经常奔波于宁泸之间。“金陵叁画家”也由此被同道传为佳话。
