格隆汇12月8日丨澜沧古茶(06911.HK)宣布，公司核数师信永中和(香港)会计师事务所(「信永中和」)已辞任公司核数师，自2025年12月8日起生效。董事会亦宣布，经审计委员会及董事会会议审议通过后，董事会已决议建议委任大华会计师事务所(特殊普通合夥)(「大华」)为公司2025年财政年度的新任核数师。
