12月1日-12月7日，北京市商品住宅成交492套，成交金额39.6亿元。其中，位于中央别墅区北京润园以44套、1.39万㎡、9.8亿元的成绩，成为全市新房网签周度金额、套数冠军。据悉，北京润园共规划111栋住宅楼483户，19栋8层洋房+92栋双拼别墅。
