【财华社讯】松景科技(01079.HK)公布，于2025年12月4日，公司拟配售最多1亿股新股份，相当于经配售事项扩大后公司全部已发行股本约7.01%。每股配售股份0.3港元，于2025年12月4日(配售协议日期)联交所报价的收市价每股股份0.33港元折让约9.09%。配售事项所得款项净额约为2941万港元，将用作集团一般营运资金。
