【财华社讯】据中国海洋石油集团消息，11月24日，我国首座深远海浮式风电平台“海油观澜号”年度累计发电量突破2200万千瓦时，提前完成全年发电目标任务。据了解，“海油观澜号”全年累计完成17次登临维保，风机年可利用率高达99.94%。
