脾、胃是一对表里脏腑,共同掌握着水饮、食物的吸收。临床发现,胃强脾弱是多数人的体质特点,表现出容易饥饿、饭量较大,但餐后有饱胀不适等。鉴于此,要想脾胃好,就必须减轻脾的负担。日常要懂得节制,每顿饭吃七八分饱即可,同时在保证科学搭配的基础上,尽量少吃或不吃生冷、油腻、辛辣等容易损伤脾胃的食物。
