11月28日，港铁宣布，捐出1000万港元，为受火灾影响的居民提供即时和后续援助，配合政府紧急支援及募捐工作组安排，尽快向每名受火灾影响的居民，通过八达通公司捐出已备2000元增值额的八达通卡，以便居民作公共交通出行及其他日常用途，以纾燃眉之急。
