北京商报讯（记者 张君花）11月26日，佩蒂股份发布公告称，2025年11月26日，公司首次实施了本次回购方案，回购方式集中竞价交易；首次回购股份的数量30.955万股，占公司实施首次回购前一交易日总股本（2.4883亿股）的比例0.1244%；回购价格：最高成交价18.96元/股，最低成交价18.77元/股，回购均价18.85元/股；成交总金额：583.44万元。
