财联社11月26日电，新加坡国立大学科学家研制出一种耐热钙钛矿-硅叠层太阳能电池。该电池不仅光电转换效率超过34%，更在65℃高温下连续运行1200小时后，性能几乎保持不变。相关研究成果发表于最新一期《科学》杂志。
