11月24日，美盈森（002303）发布公告，公司于2025年11月21日召开了公司职工代表大会，经全体与会职工代表表决，一致同意刘兰芳为职工董事，任期三年。
刘兰芳，1984年生，2008年加入公司，曾任公司监事，现任公司职工董事、报关部经理，中共美盈森集团股份有限公司委员会书记、工会主席，并兼任多个职务。
2025年前三季度，美盈森实现收入30.00亿元，归母净利润2.60亿元。
