根据修订后的《公司章程》，董事会由9名董事组成，其中包括1名职工代表董事。欧阳昭权的任期自本次选举通过之日起至第五届董事会任期届满之日止。
2025年前三季度，广生堂实现收入3.16亿元，归母净利润-1.12亿元。
