惠博普11月21日公告，公司于近日收到恩凯石油天然气有限公司（NK 石油公司）发来的《授标函》，确认公司为伊拉克 Naft Khana 油田复产项目的中标单位，决定将该项目的工程、采购、运营、维护（EPCOM）合同授予公司，该项目合同金额为2.25亿美元，约合15.96亿元。
