11月19日，中国电商与零售智能化企业认知边界与港交所上市公司汇通达网络(09878.HK)共同宣布：汇通达已完成对认知边界的战略投资，金额超过4亿元人民币。据认知边界介绍，未来，认知边界的“BI+AI”全栈赋能体系与“培训→咨询→系统→AI”四阶飞轮模型，将深度融入汇通达“5+赋能”生态，为其线下商户网络注入智能化决策能力。
