法兴集团旗下 SG-FORGE 在美国完成首笔基于区块链的数字债券发行，该短期债券与 SOFR 挂钩，由交易公司 DRW 认购。债券运行在 Digital Asset 开发的隐私型区块链 Canton Network 上，Broadridge 提供代币化技术，BNY Mellon 担任付款代理，IntellectEU 提供区块链基础设施支持，Mayer Brown 负责法律事务。（CoinDesk）
