【财华社讯】MIRXES-B(02629.HK)公布，公司近期与沃森生物(300142.SZ)订立了一份谅解备忘录，双方就创建以RNA为中心的预防及精准医疗平台建立战略合作伙伴关系，并涵盖共同开发、临床试验及注册以及销售及分销。谅解备忘录的期限自签署日期(包括该日)起为期两年。
