11月18日，春秋航空（601021）发布公告，计划以集中竞价交易方式回购股份，回购金额不低于3亿元且不超过5亿元，回购价格上限为64.57元/股，预计回购股份数量约为465万股至774万股，占总股本的0.47%至0.79%。
2025年前三季度，春秋航空实现收入167.73亿元，归母净利润23.36亿元。
