11月18日，全运会男子200米预赛：亚洲纪录保持者谢震业跑出20秒59的成绩，排名小组第二顺利进入到决赛。小将施君豪跑出20秒22刷新个人最好成绩，总排名第一同样晋级决赛。
晋级决赛的选手包括施君豪、谢震业、林建豪、孙清池、刘柯、官鑫、李明聪、朱崇韬。
男子200米决赛将于11月19日晚间20点40分进行。
