11月14日，厦门证监局披露，华福证券作为原新三板公司江平生物2021年、2022年两次定向发行的主办券商，未充分勤勉尽责，未审慎核查信息披露文件及发行申请文件，未能及时发现定向发行说明书中的虚假记载，导致推荐工作报告及核查意见失实，被出具警示函并记入诚信档案。
