智通财经APP讯，工商银行(01398)公布，2020年9月和11月，该行在全国银行间债券市场分两期发行了10年期固定利率品种、合计规模为人民币900亿元的二级资本债券，该行有权在上述债券第5个计息年度的最后一日(即2025年9月24日及2025年11月16日)，按面值全额赎回上述债券。截至本公告日，该行已行使赎回权，全额赎回了上述债券。
