人民财讯11月17日电，中农立华(603970)11月17日公告，公司原拟以现金方式或其他方式收购浙江省台州市农资股份有限公司（简称“台州农资”）不少于50%股份。现阶段交易双方未能就本次交易的部分核心条款达成最终一致意见，经公司与陶维康等自然人股东协商一致，同意《股份收购意向书》终止。
