财联社11月15日电，据央视新闻，第五届中国人口与发展论坛14日在北京举行。国家卫生健康委主任雷海潮介绍，“十四五”以来，我国不断完善生育政策体系和激励机制。2025年9月开始申领育儿补贴，目前全国累计提交3170多万条申领信息，各地已经于本月中旬陆续开始发放育儿补贴。
