11月13日，继峰股份（603997）发布公告，控股股东继弘集团将其持有的4100万股解除质押，占其所持股份的15.23%及公司总股本的3.22%；截至公告披露日，继弘集团累计质押股份为9560万股，占其所持股份的35.51%及公司总股本的7.51%。
2025年前三季度，继峰股份实现收入161.31亿元，归母净利润2.51亿元。
