当地时间12日，加拿大外长阿南德宣布，加拿大对俄罗斯实施新的制裁。制裁名单包括13名个人和11个实体，其中包括参与俄罗斯无人机项目研发和部署的人员、为网络攻击提供网络基础设施的实体、多家俄罗斯液化天然气企业以及影子舰队的100艘船只。
