应审核委员会推荐，董事会已决议批准委任容诚( 香港 )会计师事务所有限公司(容诚)为公司核数师，自2025年11月11日起生效，以填补信永中和辞任后出现的临时空缺，任期至公司下届股东周年大会结束为止。
