人民财讯11月10日电，记者从自然资源部了解到，受台风“凤凰”和冷空气共同影响，预计10日夜间到13日，南海北部、中部、台湾海峡、东海南部将出现狂浪到狂涛过程，福建、广东近岸海况恶劣，国家海洋预报台今天（10日）下午继续发布海浪橙色警报，并发布风暴潮蓝色警报。
