今年，柯林斯英语词典选出的年度词汇与2024年的词汇有内在的关联性，也与一股延续了多年的风潮有关。

今年的年度词汇“vibe coding”与2024年BRAT有关联，都是人工智能领域的词。

氛围编程（vibe coding）是一种利用人工智能将自然语言转化为计算机代码的新兴软件开发技术。

Vibe coding, an emerging software development that turns natural language into computer code using artificial intelligence, has been named Collins' Word of the Year 2025.

氛围编程这个词由特斯拉前人工智能部门总监、OpenAI创始工程师安德烈·卡帕西（Andrej Karpathy）创造，用于描述人工智能如何使人在创建新应用程序时能够“忘掉代码的存在”。

Vibe coding is a term used to describe how artificial intelligence can enable someone to create a new app while being able to forget that the code even exists.

自2月首次出现以来，柯林斯词典编纂者观察到该词使用率激增，因而将其选为年度词汇。

柯林斯词典总经理亚历克斯·比克罗夫特表示：“选择‘氛围编程’作为年度词汇完美捕捉了语言如何与科技同步演进。这标志着软件开发的重大转变，人工智能正在让编程变得更平易近人。”

The selection of vibe coding as Collins’ Word of the Year perfectly captures how language is evolving alongside technology. It signals a major shift in software development, where AI is making coding more accessible.

The portmanteau broligarchy took off in 2024 to describe the owners of the world's biggest technology companies and their purported political influence, and was used frequently in 2025 following the appearance of many of the bosses at US President Donald Trump's inauguration.

Biohacking is also referred to as “do-it-yourself biology”. This describes the activity of altering the natural processes of one's body in an attempt to enhance physical well-being and extend lifespan.

Coolcation is a holiday in a place with a cool climate, as temperatures soar where they live or where they typically spend their holidays.

“摸鱼”（ t askmasking ） 指在职场中制造一种自己正在高效工作的假象的行为。

Taskmasking is the act of giving a false impression that one is being productive in the workplace.

glaze

吹捧

“ 吹捧 ” （ glaze ） 意指过分且言过其实地赞美或奉承。在这个充斥着表演式赞美的世界里， “ 别奉承了 ” 已成为 Z 世代指责谄媚者的流行语，表达了对真诚的呼唤。

Glaze is defined as to praise or flatter excessively, often undeservedly. “Stop glazing” has become Gen Z shorthand for calling out sycophants, a demand for realness in a world full of performative praise.
