近年来，山东省青岛市李沧区聚焦群众需求，以“政府引导+多元参与”破题0-3岁婴幼儿托育服务，目前全区已有76家托育机构，其中普惠托育机构26家，可提供托位3620个，已初步建成“15分钟托育服务圈”，解决群众带娃难题。
