每经讯，九木股份11月7日发布公告称，因公司战略规划和业务发展需要，根据《公司章程》及《关联交易管理制度》要求，公司在山东省泰安市泰山区拟购买泰安市泰山绿色能源发展有限公司部分充电设备及附属设施用于日常经营活动，购买价格预计约22万元。
