人民财讯11月7日电，当地时间6日，美国国会参议院多数党领袖、共和党人约翰·图恩宣布，将于当地时间7日举行表决，尝试通过一项旨在结束联邦政府“停摆”的拨款方案。图恩计划重新提交此前众议院已通过、但在参议院14次受阻的临时拨款法案，并在其基础上附加一个包含三项全年拨款案的迷你综合法案，同时将政府资金到期日从原定的11月21日延至明年1月。
