格隆汇11月7日｜当地时间11月6日，秘鲁国会通过决议，宣布墨西哥总统辛鲍姆为“不受欢迎的人”。国会认为，辛鲍姆政府向秘鲁前部长会议主席（总理）贝特西·查韦斯提供外交庇护，构成对秘鲁内部事务的“不可接受干涉”，并“冒犯了秘鲁的民主制度”。今年5月，秘鲁国会就曾通过动议，将辛鲍姆列为“不受欢迎的人”。
