人民财讯11月6日电，11月6日，均胜电子正式在香港联合交易所主板挂牌上市，股票代码0699.HK。此次港股上市，均胜电子全球共发行股份总数为绿鞋前约1.55亿H股，发行价格为每股22港元，共募资34.1亿港元（4.39亿美元）。
