格隆汇11月5日｜晶泰科技宣布，其全资子公司Ailux与礼来达成多靶点战略合作及平台授权协议，协议总价值最高可达3.45亿美元，其中包括数千万美元的预付款及近期里程碑付款。根据协议，礼来可提名多组靶点，由Ailux负责设计和优化双抗候选药物。Ailux有资格获得数千万美元的预付款及近期里程碑付款，以及后续的研发、注册和商业化里程碑付款。此外，礼来还有权获得Ailux人工智能双抗设计平台的使⽤权。
