从2025年11月份开始，重庆市北碚区开放首个免费校园田径场供大众使用，以更好地满足周边居民体育健身需求。
11月4日晚，孩子们在开放的首个免费校园田径场休闲娱乐、运动健身。
首个开放的免费校园田径场开放时间为夜间，并对进入人员严格登记，在保护场地的同时，促进邻里和谐交流，增强社区凝聚力，通过校地共建活力健康社区，推动全民健身事业发展。
