11月3日，杭州贝壳研究院披露数据显示，今年10月，杭州二手房网签5934套，环比下降6.9%，同比降35%；单月网签量连续7个月下滑，与去年10月之后二手房成交逆势反弹形成较为明显的反差，与2021年市场连续回落态势相当。价格方面，监测数据显示，今年10月杭州二手住宅网签均价26773元/平方米，环比下降0.2%，同比降9%。
