据韩联社报道，韩国总统李在明4日在国会发表施政演说时表示，顺应人工智能(AI)时代的发展潮流，韩政府将把常规武器体系转型为先进武器体系，加快推进“智能强军”建设工作，从而提升国防力量，实现“自主国防”。
李在明还指出，韩国政府将从大局出发，为恢复韩朝互信和重启对话合作付出努力。
