据海南铁路海口车务段消息，受台风“海鸥”影响，铁路部门将调整列车运行秩序：11月6日至7日进出岛列车全部停运。
针对列车停运，铁路部门各车站加大服务保障力度，将在服务台、进站口等岗位加派人员引导，为有需要的旅客提供引导和帮助，动态增加退票改签窗口，方便旅客线下办理退票、改签业务。
已购买停运车次车票的旅客，可在票面发站乘车日起30日内（含当日），通过12306网站、手机APP或火车站人工窗口办理全额退票，不收取退票费。
