上证报中国证券网讯（记者 罗茂林）11月3日，记者从相关人士处获悉，字节跳动内部正在试点推进一项“豆包长期激励计划”。该计划为豆包相关大模型业务建立了一套“虚拟股”机制，通过授予豆包股及类似字节期权的回购机制，加强对大模型人才的长期吸引和激励。对此，字节跳动官方暂无回应。
