人民财讯11月3日电，路维光电(688401)11月3日在互动平台称，目前公司已实现180nm制程节点半导体掩膜版量产，150nm/130nm已通过客户验证并小批量量产。公司投资建设的路芯半导体项目定位130-28nm掩膜版制作，制程节点布局居于国内厂商前列，目前90nm及以上半导体掩膜版已向客户陆续送样并获部分客户验证通过，2025年下半年启动40nm半导体掩膜版试生产工作，目前项目进展顺利。
