人民网北京11月3日电 (记者王仁宏)住房城乡建设部最新数据显示，2025年1-9月份，全国新开工改造城镇老旧小区2.43万个。
2025年，全国计划新开工改造城镇老旧小区2.5万个。根据各地统计上报数据，河北、辽宁、吉林、上海、江苏、安徽、海南、重庆、陕西、青海、新疆生产建设兵团等11个地区已完成年度城镇老旧小区改造计划。
